Judene Andrews, Sustainability Manager for Uniting Care Queensland, was able to formally prove efficiency savings through Measurement and Verification analysis undertaken by The Ecoefficiency Group. The upgrades included 5 solar PV installations, 2 power factor correction units, 6 light upgrades, air conditioning optimisation, water efficiency and real time energy monitoring. The upgrades were project managed and commissioned by The Webster Group with third party M&V by Jane Gaffel and Penny Prasad of The Ecoefficiency Group. Projected annual savings were over $80,000.
